Warranty

The warranty period for most of the product is 3 months please email us for more detail in terms of warranty.

NepTech will replace the product in circumstances where product does not perform according with NepTech specification. For this, proof of purchase invoice must be provided in when requesting replacements of products. 

In case of faulty or damaged product during delivery. Customer must provide photograph of damaged product for evidence and it must be submitted to us via email. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

 

Change of Mind 

A ‘change of mind’ can include instances where a customer buys an item but later decides or realizes they have selected the wrong color, size or product. In these cases, NepTech will provide a facility for replacement or refund. Goods can only be accepted back for refund or replacement in as a sold condition including undamaged original packaging, complete instruction manual books and other related accessories.

If you are willing to make complaints or feedback, please let us know. We highly appreciate and welcome your feedback to improve our business. You can make complaints through directly contacting us via email or using online chat through our website. 

If you are making a complain then kindly let us know following information: 

• Name and email address 

• Description of complaints and issues 

• Product code and purchase order number 

 

Worldwide shipping

NepTech will process your order once the payments have been received. You will receive a confirmation email regarding processing of order. 

The cost of the delivery depends upon the product and quantity that you buy with us. We may use courier companies like DHL, TNT, FEDEX for overseas shipment. 

We use Australia post for most of our product to deliver all over Australia. 

The delivery times of gods depends upon the location of delivery. The estimated delivery time with in Australia is 5 to 8 working days. 

And estimated delivery time for overseas is 8 to 15 days for normal shipping and 3 to 5 days for express shipping. 

Customers can track order depending upon the courier service we used to deliver. NepTech will advise you a tracking number which you can use to track your product. 

 

30 days return

Items purchased online with NepTech can be returned sending directly to our company address on your own expenses. All return lodge must have tax invoice which you would have received to the email address you submitted at the time of placing your order online. If you cannot locate your tax invoice, please contact us so we can organize for you to resent it. 

We recommend our customers to send us returned tracking number so we can see when it has been delivered. NepTech is not responsible for lost packages during delivery.

Return may take up to 25 to 30 working days and refund will be issued onto the same credit card that you have used to place your order.
